November 20 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Free

Working with young children is meaningful, rewarding, and often demanding. This experiential workshop offers Early Childhood Educators and child care providers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and explore practical tools for mindfulness and self-regulation that can be used both personally and in their work.

Through guided mindfulness, somatic practices, creative exploration, and acrylic painting on banners, participants will explore simple strategies to support nervous system regulation, manage stress, and cultivate greater presence and awareness. We will consider how these tools can be integrated into the workday to help educators navigate challenging moments with greater steadiness, while also supporting connection and co-regulation with the children in their care.

Participants will leave with practical strategies they can return to during moments of stress, along with a creative banner that serves as a visual reminder of their capacity for regulation, connection, and renewal.
