    Ready to take your child’s physical development and confidence to the next level? Join us for our interactive Playground Workshop, a guided session led by early childhood movement specialists. Playground equipment offers incredible opportunities for building gross motor skills, core strength, and spatial awareness, but knowing how to safely encourage your child to take healthy risks can sometimes be a challenge for parents.
    During this hands-on workshop, we will guide children through fun, age-appropriate obstacle courses, climbing challenges, and balance games utilizing the playground structures. Parents will learn actionable tips on how to support independent play, spot safely without hovering, and use everyday park fixtures to enhance agility and coordination.
    What to bring: Comfortable activewear, closed-toe running shoes or sneakers, and plenty of sun protection.
