SUMMARY:Mindfulness & Self-Regulation: Tools for You and Your Practice
DESCRIPTION:Working with young children is meaningful\, rewarding\, and often demanding. This experiential workshop offers Early Childhood Educators and child care providers an opportunity to pause\, reconnect\, and explore practical tools for mindfulness and self-regulation that can be used both personally and in their work. \n\n\n\nThrough guided mindfulness\, somatic practices\, creative exploration\, and acrylic painting on banners\, participants will explore simple strategies to support nervous system regulation\, manage stress\, and cultivate greater presence and awareness.
